"Seacombe Ferry, on the Cheshire shore, in 1844".
These tall red stacked steam ferry-boats were first introduced to the Mersey in the 1820's, and ran between Liverpool and numerous ferry stops on the Wirral shore.
Image size : 4¼" x 7¾" (115mm x 195mm) - £5 each.
