This was one of our best Fairs ever ! The attendance was overwhelming, and we hardly stopped for the 4 days, Being a watercolour only Fair, everyone who came through the doors was either a dedicated collector, or at least, interested in the medium.
Once again, the decor and stand fittings were excellent, and all the exhibitors excelled themselves with the quality of watercolours on display.
We sold about 20 watercolours, including three at prices in excess of £5,000 - a David Cox, John Varley and Francia, together with many over £1,000. An exhausting event, but very satisfying because we met so many wonderful people who shared the same interest.
