This was a splendid Fair, with attendance well up on last year.
There was a special private viewing given for HRH Prince Charles, who spent about an hour looking at all the exhibits, and chatting to a number of the exhibitors. He seemed entirely relaxed and being a watercolourist himself, was obviously enjoying himself.
Once again, the decor and stand fittings were excellent, and all the exhibitors excelled themselves with the quality of watercolours on display.
We had a good fair, and sold a number of choice items, including a lovely Varley of Snowdon at about £7,500..
